Custom Orders

All oilfield equipment and parts are custom-made according to customer specifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product due to manufacturing issues, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide repair, replacement, or partial refund options after inspection.

Return Process

All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility.

Final Sales

Products made to customer-specific designs or modified according to requirements are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
